Leon Cheah

Graduating from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1999, Leon took his first steps into financial services with a position at a second tier chartered accounting firm in Melbourne.

After a couple of years, the pull towards a lifestyle and career change was too great, resulting in a move to Perth and transitioning into wealth management.

Working at a Boutique Advisory Firm, Leon honed his technical skills preparing advice documents. In this position he continually dealt with high net worth individuals and small business owners – An experience that he draws on daily when advising his broad range of clients.

A traveller to the core, Leon spent three years abroad working throughout South and Central America as well as Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

After returning to Australia in 2006, Leon commenced his professional qualification and has been a Certified Financial Planner® for nearly a decade. With over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, Leon has the skillset to navigate his clients through all different phases in life and help them achieve what is important to them.

Away from work Leon is kept busy with a young family, when he does get a spare moment, surfing and fishing are passions.
